Dr. Sponagle is married. She enjoys traveling, reading, and hiking. She also has interests in sewing and doing crafts.

Dr. Sponagle received her Bachelor of Science Degree and Medical Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from the Medical College of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

She is board certified and a Fellow in the American College of Obstetrician and Gynecologists. She is a member of the Waukesha County Medical Society, American Medical Association, the Milwaukee Gynecologic Society and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
